Automotive Pal – Terms & Conditions

1. Authorization for Repairs
By leaving your vehicle with Automotive Pal, you authorize our technicians to perform the repairs and services as discussed. Any additional work will not be performed without customer approval.

2. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are based on current labor rates and parts prices. Final costs may vary due to unforeseen issues or additional parts required. Customers will be notified of changes prior to completion.

3. Parts & Labor Warranty
We stand behind our work. Labor and parts installed by Automotive Pal are covered by a limited warranty of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, unless otherwise specified. Warranty does not cover customer-supplied parts.

4. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of service. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved checks. Vehicles will not be released until payment is received.

5. Storage Fees
Vehicles left more than 3 business days after notification of completion may be subject to a daily storage fee.

6. Liability
Automotive Pal is not responsible for loss or damage caused by fire, theft, accidents, or any other causes beyond our control. Personal items should be removed prior to service.

7. Customer-Supplied Parts
If the customer provides parts, no warranty applies to those parts, and Automotive Pal is not responsible for part performance or failure.

8. Test Drives & Road Testing
Customer authorizes Automotive Pal to operate the vehicle on public roads for the purpose of testing, inspection, or delivery.

9. Abandoned Vehicles
Vehicles left over 30 days after completion without payment or communication may be considered abandoned and subject to sale per state law to recover costs.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the repair is performed.
